San Juan, Puerto Rico, 1978) is a Puerto Rican musician at present residing in, and working out of, Belgium. After finishing his studies at the Academia del Perpetuo Socorro high school in 1996, he enthused to Ghent, Belgium to live with his girlfriend, whom he had met while she was on holiday in Puerto Rico. Intended for a short time he also lived in Los Angeles. Rios in progress the band The Not anything Bastards, and a few years afterward the more Latin inspired L. Santo.

His debut solo album, aristocratic Ghostboy, was released in 2004, followed by his exist book En vivo one day later. As 2006 he's dating Belgian supermodel, Delfine Bafort. After the assassination of van Gogh, Rios plus his band performed at a previous party held in his respect, because they were his favorite band.

This single was released as a finance raiser for a benefit action against landmines, prearranged by the Belgian well-liked means of communication position Studio Brussel.
