A representation of Sir Galahad by George Frederick Watts. Sir Galahad is a knight of Ruler Arthur's Round Table and one of the three achievers of the Holy Grail in Arthurian legend. He is the bastard son of Sir Lancelot plus Elaine of Carbonek, plus is renowned intended for his gallantry and purity. He is maybe the knightly personification of Jesus in the Arthurian myths.

Despite, and maybe since of his sinless nature, Galahad as a character seems cruel. He defeats rival knights apparently with no attempt, speaks little to his fellow knights, and leads his companions to the Grail with a persistent determination.
So of the three who undertake the quest intended for the Grail (Bors, Perceval, and Galahad), Galahad is the one who actually achieves it. In the musical, this character is called Sir Dennis Galahad the Dashingly Good-looking following he is knighted by King Arthur in Do something 1.
He was played by Christopher Sieber in the original Broadway cast, who was nominated for a Tony Award intended for his performance. Galahad is too the name of a character in Sam Selvon's The Lonely Londoners. Galahad is also the person's name of a lager produced by well known German retailer Aldi. Galahad also is one of the Knights of the Surrounding Bench portrayed in Runescape, the MMORPG.
