1950) is an Indiansaxophonist plus single of the pioneers of Carnatic music on the saxophone. Kadri Gopalnath was natural in Dakshina Kannada region, Karnataka. He acquired a taste intended for melody as of his father Thaniappa, a nadhaswaram vidwan. Young Gopalnath once saw the saxophone life form played in the Mysore palace group set.
