Few words about Dalida

She received 55 fair-haired records and was the first vocalist to receive a rhombus disc. Her family was of Italian origin, her grandparents having emigrated at the twist of the century as of Calabria. The middle child between two brothers, Orlando plus Bruno (who would later in her career change his name to Orlando similar to his brother and become her boss).

In 1954, she entered the Miss Egypt pageant, plus was awarded primary prize.
