Few words about Enter Shikari
entershikari. They formed in 2003 in St Albans, Hertfordshire anywhere all four members are from, as an evolution from an earlier band, Hybryd. The band is named after one of the group member's relative's boats, called Shikari.
Hybryd, by means of Rou, Steal from, and Chris. Throughout 2003 to 2004, the group released three demonstration EPs, that were obtainable as of their gigs and their website. It was free on October 30, 2006 and was limited to 1000 copies of each format and sold out inside the primary week of release. It reached 27 in the Bureaucrat UK chart. The band's first appearance album, Take to the Skies, was released on March 19 2007 and on Demonstration 25 it reached number 4 in the UK Official Book Charts.
Throughout the month of March, 2007 it was announced they would be playing at, Download Festival, Reading and Leeds Festivals, Give it a Person's name, Glastonbury Festival, Oxegen festival in Ireland and Astound am Ring in Germany. On June 6, 2007 they performed a live show on BBC Radio 1 intended for Zane Lowe at BBC Means of communication Theatre. Enter Shikari contain performed in excess of 650 gigs to date.
On the November 4, 2006, they became the second nameless band ever to sell absent the London Astoria (the primary life form The Darkness). On Might 14, 2007, Enter Shikari started their first North American tour. The band are also recognized to have used fingerlights at their shows.
