Cale plus Eric Clapton. It was free on November 7, 2006. Contained on this album are the final recordings of Billy Preston, to whom the album is devoted. In 2004 Eric Clapton held a three daylight hours festival in Dallas, Texas, called The Crossroads Guitar Festival, which featured J.

J. Cale. This gave Clapton the chance to ask Cale to create an book for him.

The two started working together and eventually determined to evidence jointly. A number of far above the ground profile musicians also agreed to work on the album, counting Billy Preston, Pino Palladino, Derek Trucks, Taj Mahal, John Mayer, and Doyle Bramhall II. Escondido is a city in California's San Diego Region and abuts Cale's hometown of Valley Center, California. J. Cale apart from where noted.
